Apartment Tour

Some background behind this little gem… My mom came out here with me on a Tuesday. I started my internship on Monday, so we figured we’d have enough time to find a place. Turns out we were a little more interested in sightseeing than apartment-seeing. Friday finally rolled around and we realized we needed to get down to business–only after the typical Craigslist fiasco on Thursday night. I’ll spare you the details. Suffice it to say I had a sobfest on the way home. Of course, the only two viable options we had at that point were holding showings at the same time. We had to choose one, so we went with the one in Outer Sunset and somehow got really lucky. THANK GOD. I hate myself for saying that because I never believed it when anyone said that to me, but it’s true. Being in an area I love has made the biggest difference.

Guys. You’ll never believe it. Our oven doesn’t heat up. As in it takes an hour to bake ANYTHING. Is this karma? I’m not sure I understand.

Best for last, complete with a six-pack of Bud Light dated 2012. I love this place.
